Pending validation CNAME

Good Morning

I received an email to renew my universal certificate via CNAME. Clicking on the link to activate the following error appears: An error occurred while attempting to validate your domain. Please try again later or contact support for assistance.

My website is hosted on Hostinger and I have already entered the requested CNAME entry in the email.

Is there somewhere on Cloudflare where I can ask for a new link to verify the CNAME entry?

If anyone can help I would be grateful. The certificate expires today (22/04/2022).

Have you tried setting the CNAME record to DNS Only?

I just put the CNAME in the hostinger and click on the link sent by email.

That domain is not currently using Cloudflare. It is using Hostinger DNS and points to a Hostinger webserver. Since the site is not using Cloudflare, that certificate is not in use.

That CNAME record is also not resolving:

Have you asked Hostinger for assistance with this DNS record?

I contacted an agent yesterday, but he was unable to resolve the issue. I will contact Hostinger again.
