I have requested a review more than a week ago and it is still pending.
I’d like to solve that as soon as possible, and if the issue is not the hubspot logo, I’d like to know what it is.

Probably trademark infringement with respect to the domain itself?

IANAL, but it seems obvious to me that the domain HubSpotLanding.com contains HubSpot’s trademarked name.
