Pending nameservers on my domain

I am having the same problem; I have put in numerous tickets and have yet to get it resolved.

I deleted my account by mistake

I added a new domain with all the same credentials and it automatically updated my DNS Records except for removing the old nameservers and replacing them with new nameservers. I am in limbo the status is pending nameserver update. I changed them on the place I bought the domain from with the Web Mail account. How can I remove this DNS pending, my website has been down now for 10 days
