Pending Nameservers Delay. How long usually?

Hey all, how long does a dom usually take to activate? I don’t remember my last 5 doms taking as long as this one has (about 12-13hrs now).

Nameservers are set to Cloudflare, unless I’ve done something dumb this time round which I’ve not spotted…
