Pending Nameserver Update - unixtime.co.za

Hi,
I changed the nameservers for a new domain of mine (unixtime.co.za) on the 23rd of Feb 2019, but my Cloudflare landing page still tells me that my nameservers have not been updated. What do I need to do to get this domain to work?

Your whois shows the right nameservers however .co.za does not return these nameservers on a DNS level. I’d contact the registrar or the registry to clarify why they dont.
