conatct with domain registered
changed the nameserver
updated but cloudflare is not updating last 3 days

It looks to me like you are in the wrong Cloudflare account.

Your domain is active in a Cloudflare account with these nameservers:

ara.ns.cloudflare.com
karl.ns.cloudflare.com

But I can see that the domain was also added to an account with these nameservers:

henrik.ns.cloudflare.com
olivia.ns.cloudflare.com

Can you go to https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns/records (select your domain) and check which nameservers are assigned to your account?

The nameservers in your screenshot are different from the nameservers set at your registrar.

Did you create a new account and change them?

Actually I only did A A CNAME MX section other things done by domain company

now tdomain company again changed the NS Adresses according to Ccloudflare but still pending

I can see that the nameservers in the whois have changed, but not in the parent zone:

As it’s been half an hour already, I doubt this will change with more waiting, but it is possible.

But the nameservers in the parent zone need to be updated to add the domain to your Cloudflare account.
