You might be in the wrong account if the system asks you to change your nameservers. Do you see the domain in the Domain Registration section? https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/domains/
Thanks for your quick support, yes I’m in the right account and can see my domain in my list.
And you can definitely see it on the page I linked, not on some other page?
I can see my domain in the dashboard / account home
But I get on the 11th January following message from Cloudflare …
Hello,
The zone: “cmbstories.com” in account: “Biermann[.]m@me[.]com’s Account” was deleted by Cloudflare on 2025-01-11T17:35:10.756942887Z.
If the zone was deleted by mistake, you can add the zone back to reinstate existing configuration of the zone. You can read more about zone deletions by following the link below:
Thank you,

That’s maybe the reason, why I’m not seeing the the domain in my register overview.
In that case, it seems like you are in the wrong Cloudflare account.
Please try the account recovery options listed here:
I also see the domain in the account you are using here,
In the account you are using here, if the nameservers are not…
karsyn.ns.cloudflare.com
zeus.ns.cloudflare.com
Cloudflare is the registrar for that domain, your best option is to regain access to the account that holds the active domain.
as shown on https://securitytrails.com/domain/cmbstories.com/history/ns & DNS Propagation Checker - Global DNS Testing Tool
(you will need to create a free securitytrails account to see they were set to zeus & karsyn on 12/6/24
…that means you are
That is because you added the website to the account you are using here (even though it is active in a different account) and did not change the nameservers. After a period of time, the system automatically removes the inactive domain. You re-added it on 1/12 (see that here, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/audit-log) and I suspect tomorrow if the nameservers are not changed, the system will delete it again.
The only way you’ll be able to regain access to that account is by having access to the email address of that account. These are the links @Laudian shared a few hours ago. These links may help, but they only work when logged out. I suspect the second link is what you’ll want to try and then check any email account you may have used to look for the recovery email.
