Pending Nameserver Update for 7 days after making nameserver change

What is the issue you’re encountering

I’ve updated the nameservers at my registrar, but Cloudflare is still showing “Pending Nameserver Update”

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

My assigned Cloudflare nameservers are:
gigi.ns.cloudflare.com
merlin.ns.cloudflare.com

The icann lookup tool and who.is both confirm that those two name servers are correctly the only two nameservers assigned to my domain. The update was made on Oct 31st (7 days ago). My registrar’s nameservers aren’t compatible with DNSSEC, so that wasn’t something I had to turn off. I’ve tried the “Check nameservers now” option on the Cloudflare overview page on a few different days, but my status is still pending.

The DNSSEC configuration on your domain registrar, eNom, Inc., is incorrect:

Thanks again! Support at my registrar removed a DS record and disabled DNSSEC. The domain is now active in Cloudflare.
