Hello, how can I contact with support team, I still see this message in my dashboard “Pending Nameserver Update” I need to resolve it as soon as possible

The issue can’t be solved by support. You need to add the assigned name servers to your registrar.

What is the domain name?

You have domaincontrol.com name servers. Change them at you registrar.

You can’t have any domaincontrol name servers. Only the two .ns.Cloudflare.com name servers assigned to you on the DNS page.

They most definitely did not and GoDaddy doesn’t seem to be the registrar here…?

The issue here is with the NS you are trying to update are not correct.

Godady support told me that nameservers you provided is not correct

Okay, as updating NS is not an issue here. It is a simple process to follow and it gets updated without of any error if we have the correct details to get updated.

So as my team is getting error so there must be issue with the NS correct.

Well that has nothing to do with Cloudflare. You are not registered with them.

That is pretty easy, but they shouldn’t ask for it.

I didn’t provide anything. Those are the name servers Cloudflare provided. Show the screenshot of the error (including the name servers) in the dashboard to them. Also link them this conversation. They can check them by querying them and asking for the name servers. Cloudflare won’t reply unless you ask the correct ones.

sorry cannot good understand what you mean, godady updated nameservers to Cloudflare

OK, if you’ve changed them, it may just be time, currently the Cloudflare name servers are not showing.
