more then a week i have added nameserver but still it status says pending nameserver please look what is the issue

You need to remove the non Cloudflare nameservers at your registrar.
if i remove the non cloud server that is mentioned how it will be pointing to me hosting server as my host server is different other than clouflare server the other server mentioned is of my hosting server
You configure DNS records within Cloudflare to point to the IP address of your web server at your hosting provider.
