Ask your current domain registrar to disable DNSSEC
Would this be disabling my DNS? I see an area in Bluehost I can change the name servers but it says it is a permanent change - is this where I need to do it?

Thanks it got changed now Cloudfare says my domain is active - But do I need to worry when I go to Transfer Domains it says

it depends upon the error of “why” they are not available. If it is a not yet support TLD, then it’s watch this page for updates, TLD Policies.
If it’s because it was recently changed or registered in the last 60 days, wait a bit until it becomes available.
