I’m getting a Pending Issuance (Error) message on my domain greenteaormatcha.com.
The error message is invalid_request: common_name does not match any approved base domain
I’ve tried to disable and re-enable Universal SSL but no luck.

I guess you have registered your domain in 2018 from and right now your current registrar is Cloudflare, I have checked that you are using the correct Cloudflare nameservers.
Can you share a screenshot of your nameservers and DNS .
Secondly share a screenshot of the SSL page in cloudflare

There is a CNAME in your DNS
It is - NAME >> greenteaormatcha.com
and Content >> metaphysical-durian-kb6i5jc…
delete that CNAME record and wait for 5 mins to propogate

@sandro Thanks for the link. I’ve tried changing the encryption mode before but no luck. I’ll try @CreatorRevealed suggestion first
Ah okay, I’ve set the mode to Full (strict)
@CreatorRevealed removing the mentioned DNS record didn’t help. Not seeing any changes.
Any thoughts?
