peering routing problem between vodafone ireland and Cloudflare

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Hi,

I have a domain with cloudflare Pro and Argo enable, for some reason the users that access to my website though Vodafone Ireland are being routing to the Cloudflare PoD in Madrid , Spain, 2500 KM away of Ireland.

I checked the peering between vodafone ireland and cloudflare :

Cloudflare AS13335 has propagating to vodafone ireland AS15502 only few public IP ranges

Update2:

Look like there are a peering problem between cloudflare and vodafone ireland, since the traffic of the users work in the next way:

Vodafone ireland users>>>> Cloudflare PoD Madrid, Spain>>> Cloudflare PoD Dublin, Ireland>>> Hosting Ireland.

In others ISP in ireland work in the next way

ireland users>>>>>>> Cloudflare PoD Dublin, Ireland>>> Hosting Ireland.

I checked this doing packet capture and cdn-cgi/trace

My domain record resolution is in the next ranges : 172.66.43.0/24 and 172.66.40.0/24

The ping response to my domain is over 40 ms ( fibre) , when another domains in cloudflare has a 6 ms response time.

I also open a ticket in cloudflare but I am waiting arround 10 days to receive a answer.
