I cannot accept the payment via Paypal (I accepted terms when new window appear).
When I am clicking on the purchase button, nothing happened. I tried to change brower, cleared cookies. There is no errors at all, I cannot just simply click on “Purchase” button.
Hi @tonkan.gracz, this is a community of other Cloudflare users and we can’t see your account billing details. The only thing odd I’ve seen with paypal is for subscription purchases, the form of payment behind pp must be a credit card as opposed to debit card.
What are you trying to purchase and are you getting an error message? To reach a billing engineer, contact Cloudflare Customer Support, login & go to https://dash.cloudflare.com/?account=support and select get more help. Let the team know the issue you’re seeing and respond to any auto replies you receive and indicate you’re still having an issue.
