I’m having trouble with a domain purchase. After clicking “Purchase Domain,” I encountered an error. I wanted to try again with a different browser but at same time received an SMS from my bank confirming that the payment was successful, but I still can’t access the domain. I contacted support on August 20. They replied on August 21 with a generic message explaining Cloudflare and the accepted payment methods. They also changed the status of my ticket from urgent to normal. I responded the same day with screenshots of the payment, but as of August 30, I have not received any further response.

As you’ve raised a Registrar ticket you’ll need them to fix it there. Hopefully it will get resolved soon.
