I tried to purchase a domain shanazar.com from cloudflare dashboard and the payment of $10.44 was successful. However, the domain wasn’t registered due to an error and the payment hasn’t been returned yet. After the initial error, I tried to purchase again and this time both the payment and the registration was successful. Although I now have the domain, I ended up paying double the price. Can you help me and initiate a process to return the payment of the first, unsuccessful purchase? Even though I got an email about the unsuccessful purchase, there was no identifier I would reference
Hi @snizamaddinow the team will need to assist you on your ticket, I don’t see a duplicate charge but the Billing Support team can assist, refunds are typically processed in cases like this prior to the ticket being addressed as the system is very good/fast at self correcting.
