What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I attempted to purchase a domain through Cloudflare Registrar on March 29 using PayPal. I received an email stating that the registration was unsuccessful due to a processing error, and I was advised to try again later.

However, the issue is still unresolved. I now have two PayPal authorizations that have been in “Authorization in Progress” status for over 24 hours. The payments are not completed, and the domain remains in an unusable state with an “Invalid Nameserver” message in my Cloudflare dashboard.

I also tried to open a support ticket, but since I currently don’t have any active services, I can’t access the ticket or track it in the dashboard.
