Payment seems to be inaccurate I need help

Hello, The existing domain became unusable, so I added a domain in cloud flare to make it a domain and made a business plan, which cost $ 180.
However, because the domain has also had a problem and can not be used, we need to remove the domain from the cloud flare

I chose the business again for use as a domain, and I was billed another 180. It sounds like a double charge. Can you get a 180 refund?

I am not quite sure what the issue is. For anything billing related you need to contact support however. The community cant help.
