Payment method is declined

Hi, I’ve using my payment method “credit card” for along time and all of payments go through, today, I’ve tried to transfer two of domains to CloudFlare but it gives me an error
“Your payment has been declined. Please check with your payment provider or try again with a different payment method (Code: 1226)”
While I have ensured the credit there is more than enough, and when try to remove it and re add it as payment method, it gives me successfully with the process of withdraw one dollar as ensure it works well.
Any suggestions ?

It sounds like you’re doing everything right. You’d have to ask the Billing department:

Login to Cloudflare and then contact Cloudflare Support by clicking on the Get More Help button.

No answer yet, I need to solve this issue so my work goes up.

I know general support is available 24/7, but I don’t know about Billing. And it’s the weekend.

The community don’t have access to your account, so we can’t see progress on the ticket. I’m afraid you will just have to wait for support to respond, or one of the mods here to have a look at the ticket.

Sorry for the issues @mohammadeid. Can you reply back to the auto reply and let the engineer know you’re still having issues?

I am waiting the response for a solution either from community or from the support team where ticket has been sent.
