Payment Method Decline (Visa Card) Error Code: 1211

Hi, I’m trying to make a payment for the cloudflare services via VISA card, but getting this error message.

An error occurred while collecting payment. Please check your payment method or use a different one. (Code: 1211)

Is there any way I can proceed and continue using my account, I’ve called my bank, they say everything is clear, any suggestion?
