What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Hi,
The Payment link in the invoice is expired. I need the new payment link to pay invoice. I contacted the support but there is no reponse.

What is your ticket number with Support?

There is no ticket number. Below is the message i got. My mail id is [email protected]

In order to pay any amount due / unpaid invoice, please follow the steps below:

  1. Login to your Cloudflare account
  2. Click on your icon in the top-right corner
  3. Go to Billing
  4. Click on the Unpaid invoice.
  5. Once the invoice is opened, click on the Pay Online link

From there you will be redirected to our system to proceed with payment.

If you are still experiencing this issue, can you reply back with a screenshot of the error and steps for us to replicate this error? This will allow us to follow-up with you more quickly.

If you are no longer experiencing this error or this issue is resolved, you don’t need to do anything, and this case will be closed automatically in 3 days.

thank you. I have paid invoice but its still showing this error "“You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until the outstanding balance is paid. You should be able to do so in your Billing page. (Code: 1323)”

If you can find the email mentioning 01041289, you can respond to the ticket via email and let the engineer know you are still encountering the issue?
