What is the issue you’re encountering
I can’t seem to pay the online invoice via the Pay online link. It leads to an expired stripe invoice. I contacted Cloudflare support, but they probably ghosted me
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I opened up a ticket with support on the 16th of July, but it instantly got closed saying the email address is not linked to a Cloudflare account (funnily enough, I made this ticket through the Cloudflare website while logged in.). I typed another ticket the same day, but I am being ghosted on that ticket. Is there someone from the Cloudflare team on this forum that can help fix this issue? I want to enable Cloudflare Images, but, because this invoice was not paid, I am unable to enable it. In the attachment, I put the expired link message. I am from The Netherlands so the text is in Dutch, but it’s telling me to contact [email protected] for a new link. This email is also out of service.

I’ve closed and reopened another ticket (with ID 00982830). This one get’s instantly discarded.
I truly hope a Cloudflare Staff member can look at the ticket and help resolving this issue.
