Hello admin, we have two invoices. My friend and I can not pay successfully, whether in the PDF file of the invoice or using the pay now button. The system prompts ‘failed to load account from do. May I ask if you’ve tried using different payment method in the meantime? :thinking:
Is your billing information correct and valid?
Are you trying to pay from a “member” instead of the “owner” CF account?

Yes,I have tried different payment methods but all failed. I asked the bank and they told me that the card is right.and pay from member is not work.
