Payment issue when trying to upgrade from free to pro plan

Receiving the error “The zone cannot be upgraded at this time. (Code: 1258)”

Questions about billing will need to be resolved by the Customer Support team and cannot be resolved on the Community.

To contact the billing team, please submit a new support request from your Cloudflare account directly through the Cloudflare dashboard. Visit https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support and choose Billing. Please share your ticket number here so that we can track it.

You should hear from a representative once the Billing team has reviewed it.

Hello,

The email address you used to contact Support was not the Super Administrator email for the domain you had referenced.

If you have forgotten the Super Administrator email you can use the form:

https://dash.cloudflare.com/forgot-email

If you are locked out the Super Administrator and cannot create a ticket you can use this form which will do so:

https://dash.cloudflare.com/login-help
