Payment issue, my plan was downgraded without any email

Hi,
This is urgent please, I missed my invoice from five days for my business plan and today I was downgraded to free plan. I cannot upgrade now, neither do any thing to my payment methods.
I have fund in my active payment method now but I cannot upgrade I’m receiving error message:

I created a ticket #3160466, I need it to be solved because our services are impacted.

I followed the ticket and I replied there since part of the problem was solved and still not able to upgrade.
I would appreciate if you give this ticket a priority.
