Payment Issue in Advance SSL Certificate

When I try to buy Advance SSL Certificate for my domain.
Everything goes fine and I got green message in bottom of screen.

Advance Certificate Manager is now a part of your plan.

But after refresh its shows my Universal Certificate only.
And I got an email having below text:

We were unable to complete the purchase, change, or cancellation of your Cloudflare subscription for .

Contact [email protected] so our team can assist you further.

For this I created tickets in support also. My ticket ids #2492946 and #2495887.

7 days passed and still i am getting same error.

Can you guys please help me.

May I ask if you already forwarded this issue to the billing[at]cloudflare[dot]com as per suggested? :thinking:

We created account on Cloudflare using a group email id. So we can not do email from this group email address.
Should we change our primary account email address and than email to [email protected] ?
