Where and how can I contact the payment department ?

To contact the Cloudflare Billing department, please submit a support ticket through your Cloudflare dashboard. Follow these steps:
- Log in to your Cloudflare account.
- Click on the ‘Support’ link in the top right corner.
- Click ‘Submit a request’, and select ‘Billing’ as the inquiry type.
- Fill out the required details and submit your request.

Who will help me? Can I get the email of the payment department? Or how does the process of working with the payment department work here?
What is your question? If it is general and not involving sensitive information then you may be able to get an answer here on the Community.
If you submitted a Billing ticket with the steps above (you may also use this link), then a member of the Billing team will get back to you over email as soon as they can.
