Please i cant pay my domains, one expired now and other going to expire!!!

I need help, always say the same

I try with credit card, debit card, paypal, others card and all say the same.

i Already make a ticket but support not reply

Hi @imobileunlockers, I have escalated the ticket with the Billing Team.

As you can see there is still some trouble with Cloudflare’s billing systems now.
We are definitely working on it.

My fear is that 2 of my domains already mark expired, so I won’t lose them?

The first step is to ensure that your billing trouble is rectified.
Without the billing issue fixed, nothing can be performed, as renewal of the domains need to be charged to ensure the domains get renewed.

Please check this document here:

If you do not renew your domain before the expiration date, your domain will enter a Redemption Grace Period (RGP) for 30 days. These domains are not deleted and you can restore them to your account, but restoration may require an additional fee. You cannot transfer domains during the RGP.
All renewals are final and Cloudflare will not issue refunds.
When renewing a domain, additional years are always added to the current expiration date regardless of when the renewal takes place.

Let us fix the underlying issue before we can work on your renewals.
