Dear Cloudflare Support Team,

I would like to inform you that the payment for invoice #IN-28173673 has already been successfully deducted from my bank account.

Despite this, the invoice still appears as unpaid in the billing section of my Cloudflare account. Additionally, When I click on “Pay Now,” it shows a value of $0 because the payment has already been processed. I am experiencing significant issues due to the R2 service being disabled.

Please look into this matter and assist in reactivating the services as soon as possible.

If you already have a ticket, Support will respond to you on that ticket. Questions about billing will need to be resolved by the Customer Support team and cannot be resolved on the Community.

I am facing a critical issue with my Cloudflare account. I made a payment of $21,435.36, but despite this large payment, I have not received any response to my support tickets. I am severely affected by this, especially since the R2 service is still disabled.

I am really disappointed by the lack of attention and follow-up to my request from the support team. It feels like there is no care or urgency regarding my issue.
