I’ve got the same issue. They said the issue is resolved, but the domain I upgraded to Pro in June still says free. They continue to ignore me.
Happened to me also. Support has said the issue is resolved, but my account shows the plan as Free and not Pro. I’m out $240. They continue to ignore me.

According to the case number that you have, I can confirm that 4 days ago, a Billing agent has asked you to try to upgrade the domain once again. Have you tried to do so?
