Cloudflare has great features, but almost no support

What is the issue you’re encountering

I’m a paid Customer. I can’t create a support case. I can’t reach support. I can’t recommend Cloudflare any longer

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I wish I knew what steps to take to communicate with Cloudlfare. Soon I will have to port out almost 100 zone files to get support elsewhere.

Sounds like quite a bit of a task.

Is there any chance that you might want to explain your problem(s) to the Cloudflare Community, so that any of the awesome Cloudflare Community members could have a chance of assisting you, before you decide to take it that far?
