I WAS in the pro plan, and suddenly i found my account on the free plan, although i have bought 1 year plan and paid it in advance, and when i go to Credit balance i found my self have 212,21 $ and i can’t use the pro plan for my domains
I have opened 3 tickets for now, no response from the Cloudflare team!
Any support, please?

Questions about billing will need to be resolved by the Customer Support team and cannot be resolved on the Community, duplicate tickets simply slow the reply time. I have merged the duplicate ticket into 3284006
