Pay you and 2 days later you cancel my service and no explanation and keep my money

Paid my bill on time for service see:

Two days later my service is turned off. Try to get help no luck with support. Couldn’t log in here to ask why because the account that I’m referencing for some odd and convenient way says to contact the site administrator. See attached photo.

Then I call my credit card company to get my money back because I can’t get nowhere, and you tell me via email that my service may be turned off due to me contacting my card company to report your fraud. 2 days service then none?

Not to mention last month reference ##3165919 you gave me an IP address that was flagged by bfore ai that cost me a sale. I bring that to your attention and all of a sudden, I have issues on my site but before ai clears my site of any wrongdoing provide you with the email and site scan and nothing.

So now I let the BBB know in your area and surprise, surprise you have an F rating.

So if you can happen to find the time would you kindly let me know what it was exactly why service I paid for were cancelled and ZERO explanation is given? I also reached out to your legal team of cowards who don’t answer emails like billing doesn’t answer phones.

I’m waiting for your explanation on this and your failure to do so may result in some sort of recovery or tort.

I even doubt you will keep this posted but I took screen shots right when I posted it.
