Pause CF on multiple sites domains at once

I know you can temporarily pause cloudflare on any given site or domain. However is there an option to pause cloudflare on all of your domains at once.

I have about 20 domains added and I need to pause them all at once briefly. Need to pause then run AutoSSL then unpause. Being able to issue an SSL cert while behind CF is not an option.

You can use the API and loop through all your Zone IDs. Zone ID for a domain is listed in the Overview tab in the right margin.
