Patch SRV Record fails without any Error Message

Greetings!
So recently I tried automatically updating the SRV Records for my Minecraft servers, more for the Experience than anything else. I wrote a little Python Script which changes the Names of the SRV Records which (simplified) looks about like this:

from CloudFlare import CloudFlare
cf = CloudFlare(token="REDACTED")
zone_id="REDACTED"
record_id="REDACTED"
server_name="mymegafancypantsserver"
result = cf.zones.dns_records.patch(
    zone_id,
    record_id,
    data={"name": server_name}
)
print(result)

I expected the following output

{'id': 'REDACTED', 'zone_id': 'REDACTED', 'zone_name': 'example.com', 'name': '_minecraft._tcp.mymegafancypantsserver.example.com', 'type': 'SRV', 'content': '5\t25570\tmc.example.com', 'priority': 0, 'proxiable': False, 'proxied': False, 'ttl': 1, 'locked': False, 'data': {'name': 'mymegafancypantsserver.example.com', 'port': 33012, 'priority': 0, 'proto': '_tcp', 'service': '_minecraft', 'target': 'example.com', 'weight': 5}, 'meta': {'auto_added': False, 'managed_by_apps': False, 'managed_by_argo_tunnel': False}, 'created_on': '2021-06-10T17:48:04.032569Z', 'modified_on': '2021-06-10T17:48:04.032569Z'}

Instead i got the old, unmodified Record back:

{'id': 'REDACTED', 'zone_id': 'REDACTED', 'zone_name': 'example.com', 'name': '_minecraft._tcp.testname.example.com', 'type': 'SRV', 'content': '5\t25570\tmc.example.com', 'priority': 0, 'proxiable': False, 'proxied': False, 'ttl': 1, 'locked': False, 'data': {'name': 'testname.example.com', 'port': 33012, 'priority': 0, 'proto': '_tcp', 'service': '_minecraft', 'target': 'example.com', 'weight': 5}, 'meta': {'auto_added': False, 'managed_by_apps': False, 'managed_by_argo_tunnel': False}, 'created_on': '2021-06-10T17:48:04.032569Z', 'modified_on': '2021-06-10T17:48:04.032569Z'}

Still looked the same in the Web UI too. I also tried with server_name="_minecraft._tcp.mymegafancypantsserver.example.com", this did not work either, same result.

Any Idea what might be going wrong?
Thank you for your help.
