Password reset link not arriving

I created a new account, since my other account is not receiving the Lost Password email…

Already tried changing email providers from my own server to Google Workspace, but still, not receiving it.

My email is probably on the suppression list

If you think your email is on the suppression list, you will need to contact support.

To contact Cloudflare Customer Support, login & go to and select get more help. If you receive an automatic response that does not help resolve your issue, reply and indicate that you still require assistance. And, please share your ticket number here so that we can track it.

You can email [email protected] from the email address on your account. You should then get an autoresponse with a ticket number, please post that here.
