Passive Origin Monitoring notification not working

The server hosting several of my sites was offline for several hours today.

I have the Passive Origin Monitoring notification enabled on my account dashboard.

Despite this, I never received any email alert - how can I troubleshoot this?

I’d welcome any ideas on this one. Could be something obvious but I’m not sure what.
