Hi there, we have a client account that is on Partner Business Plan that needs to be suspended for a while. I am trying to change the plan to Free however it the portal won’t allow it.
The errors emitted are:
status: 400, message: missing reason code (Code: 1000)
status: 400, message: rate plan is not in the same package (Code: 1000)
- Is this kind of change in plan possible?
- If possible, does it need a Cloudflare support engineer to do it in our behalf?
