What is the issue you’re encountering
The payment status is currently marked as “Partially Paid.” When attempting to pay the remaining amount, we encounter a payment error. As a result, the account has automatically been downgraded to the Free plan, and we are now unable to upgrade to the Pro plan.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
We raised a support ticket regarding this issue over three weeks ago, but we have not received any resolution or meaningful assistance from your team so far.
