What is the issue you’re encountering
We are providing cloudflare access to our customers via paygo. It looks like recently there was an update on cloudflare side regarding invoices (invoice numbering changed from “CFUSA…” to “IN-…”). Our cloudflare plans have since been downgraded from Pro to Free. We are not able to resolve this issue ourselves. There is also an ticket (# 01058672) open with Urgent priority. Since changing the priority and giving a detailed explanation in the ticket there was no response from cloudflare. What should we do?
