Parking Domains? Check my understanding

I have multiple domains registered with Cloudflare that I want to park; no website and no need for email for now

Can I just check my understanding and plan?

Set all destination IP addresses to be 192.0.2.1

Set SPF of v=spf1 -all

Anything I’ve missed?

Looks good. Kudos for the null sender SPF. You can take the email security further with a few more simple records.
