Paied annualy Pro plan then domain have been removed

I have paied the annual billing for Pro plan on Jan.4, but today(Jan.11) I recived the notification from Cloudflare about that my domain have been removed. Attached is the billing and the settting on my domain hosting site. How can I resume the setting
