What is the issue you’re encountering

No way to complete the domain setup despite all invoices being paid. setup stops on the select plan screen.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have paid all outstanding balances but still having the error message when I want to select a plan to complete the domain setup.

Need help completing the domain setup. When adding a domain and at the step to select a plan, i get the error message below :

If you already have a ticket, Support will respond to you on that ticket. Questions about billing will need to be resolved by the Customer Support team and cannot be resolved on the Community.

Its been almost a week and no response from them, only automated messages that did not solve my issue. So I had to post here to get help since all the work I had to do is stopped while waiting for them to respond to my case.

Hello, its been more that a week and no reply from support on the ticket number 01440011. Still facing the same same problem mentioned above and no solution, not even a response from support to my ticket. Don’t know what to do
