On 10/5/2024, there was an error in converting my Pro license, which resulted in two payments, and it is now showing as a Free license instead of Pro. I have not received a refund for this erroneous payment in over a month. I have sent multiple inquiries to support and have not received any response, and my patience is wearing thin. Hello, after leaving a new reply this morning, I finally received an email about my refund.
I will change this post to complete once the refund is in my credit card.
Until then, please keep this topic alive.
I plan to purchase the Pro plan again after that, but I’m worried that I’ll run into the same payment issues as before.
