I paid my Pro plan invoice after it was deactivated for non-payment, but my subscription is still inactive and no credit has been issued for the payment.

Opened several support tickets but received no valid response.

Hello Community,

We paid our Pro plan invoice, although with a short delay, after our subscription was deactivated due to the missed payment. However, even after paying, our Pro subscription remains inactive, and no credit has been issued for the payment we made.

We have opened three support tickets about this issue. Unfortunately, Cloudflare support has been either unresponsive or has provided irrelevant replies, without addressing the core problem. As a result, we have lost money without having the service we paid for.

This situation is very disappointing, especially considering Cloudflare’s reputation. Has anyone faced a similar issue, and is there any effective way to escalate this to actually resolve it?
