Paid nameserver service with guaranteed SLA

Does Cloudflare has a paid name server service so I can at least get some sort of uptime SLA?

This is what they offer:

You’d have to contact them to find out the specifics of their SLA. It wouldn’t surprise me if it’s 100% (or more).
