I can’t believe this is a systematic issue within Cloudflare.
I’m on a pro package which I just paid for and its valid till 2019 however I’m unable to activate zone lockdown. The system keeps requesting me to activate Pro again
Please help resolve.
My company pays for the Pro account. Yet despite our billing show that we’re paying, we’re still showing up on the dashboard as having a free account. In order to file a ticket, for billing, account, or technical support, you have to have a Pro plan.
So how do you get support if you’re paying for a Pro plan but Cloudflare doesn’t recognize it?
Our next step looks like we have to switch website providers.
I’ve bought a pro plan from Cloudflare but when I try to change the speed optimization settings I still see “Upgrade to Pro”.
I’ve been trying to solve this issue by opening a support ticket in September. However, I think I’m only writing with robots because I always get the same answer : “We have escalated this issue to our Billing Engineering Team and will get back to you as soon as possible with additional information.”

I just upgraded to Pro but Cache Analytics is still not available, it still says " Cache Analytics is available on our paid plans - Pro, Business, and Enterprise. Upgrade your plan".
Tried to logout&login but still the same.
Has anyone come across this issue?

Received an email saying my Pro account is active. Still can’t access any Pro features
The only ones who are going to be able to solve the issue are the billing team with the ticket you opened. You will have to wait for them to respond.

I think it’s important to highlight how severe this issue is. This stuff should be fully automated, and the billing team should certainly not require weeks to solve the problem.
It is fully automated, but issues can still arise. I don’t know where you get weeks from, as you linked 4 posts. One from December 2018, one from March 2021 one from December 2022 and one from 17 days ago. The billing team is usually pretty quick.
