What is the issue you’re encountering
I paid for the Cloudflare Pro Plan (Yearly) on June 13, 2025 (Invoice #: IN-41810958), and the $240 payment was successfully processed. However, my website has not been upgraded to the Pro plan, and the Subscriptions section in my dashboard shows no active plan. Despite raising a support ticket 6 days ago and following up multiple times, I haven’t received any response. I need this resolved urgently.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
- I submitted a support ticket immediately after noticing the issue.
- I followed up twice on the same ticket over the last 6 days.
- I tweeted to @Cloudflare on Twitter/X hoping to get some attention — still no response.
- I double-checked the Subscriptions section in the dashboard — it still shows no active plan despite the payment.
- I verified the receipt and invoice details, confirming that the payment was successfully made for the Pro (Yearly) plan.
