Paid for Pro Plan, Have no Pro Support Ticket Option or Features!

Very disappointed with Cloudflare, After having used the free plan and testing it out, I decided to upgrade to the Pro Plan.

Its been days and the account I have is still added to a free plan, I cant open a support question, I was billed for the price and still I keep getting messages from Cloudflare that I should upgrade to pro and there is absolutely no way to reach support. Utterly pitiful service system I would say.

Is there anybody who can resolve this?

Open a billing ticket from the support portal, so they can investigate. Everyone is able to open billing tickets.
