I have been billed for a pro plan for some time now, but it is only showing that i am on a free plan.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I tried to send email to support but since it shows I am on a free plan I don’t have access to the support I would have as a pro plan user.

Simply look at my dashboard, look at my invoices, latest is IN-7190916 and see the issue. Please advise or fix…thanks

Greetings, please share with me how long it might take to complete the fix. As soon as you fix this, I will change the DNS and take full advantage of the Cloudflare network. I have read here that simple fixes take months…thank you for your help on this.
